Hush has a cheap and cost-effective insurance offering at checkout. The insurance covers all potential shipping issues in its entirety.
If the product you ordered is in stock your order will be prepared for shipment right away. It will usually take 1-2 business days to ship your product and 5-7 business day for your product to arrive. We are constantly improving our shipping time and in some cases the product will arrive much faster than the posted estimated date. When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that 'tracking number generated' does not mean that the product has already shipped.
If you order a product that is pre-order, it will say the estimated time that it will deliver. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.
Note: If you have both a pre-order product and an in-stock, your order will arrive when all products are in-stock. The expected date is available in your order confirmation email.
The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Capsule Collective covers the shipping cost of getting the blanket to you. However, we do not pay for return shipping of the product. You may choose to have us cover the cost of the label at our discounted rates and deduct it from your refund or you can provide your own label and ship it yourself.

Important 100 Day Guarantee Return Policy For The 2022 Holidays:
All products purchased between November 14th, 2022 and December 31st, 2022 will have the 100 Day Guarantee split as follows:
1) The first 30 days will be eligible for a refund
2) The subsequent 70 days will be eligible for a FREE exchange or store credit only.
3) This does not apply to FINAL SALE items during Boxing Week
Any returned product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. if you return something, you will not be eligible for another 100-day trial on future orders).
Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the product. To ensure that products can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. (Hairs, Odours, Pet hairs, stains, misuse will not be accepted)
Capsule Collective takes environmental sustainability very seriously, any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.
Please also note that the fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable (if you purchased it at checkout).
COVID-19 UPDATE: We DO NOT allow hand-delivered returns. For the safety of our warehouse team and customers all returns must be delivered by a verified courier with a tracking number.
Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 14 business days or longer depending on the season from the point of arriving at our warehouse. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
You will be emailed with your return confirmation right after it is processed.
Capsule Collective Return Policy
Capsule Collective return policy is similar to the above with two important distinctions.
1) The return can only be started 30 days after receiving the product. Being a medium-firm mattress, it can take some time to conform to your body and for those that come from a different type of mattress (like all-foam), this could be a big adjustment. Don't worry, you still have up to 100 days after receiving the product to start your return.
2) Returns of the mattress are FREE. Please contact us at email@example.com to get started. The return portal will not work to generate a label, we will arrange a freight delivery to a donation centre when possible.
If the incorrect size or weight is ordered, a one-time size exchange will be offered within 30 days of receiving your product. This must be communicated to Capsule Collective within the first 30 nights. To limit our carbon footprint the our overall impact on the environment, Capsule Collective will treat a size exchange as completion of the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.
We strongly recommended to confirm the correct size required before an order is placed. We will be happy to assist you with this with our live support chat or can visit our Contact Us page.
Once the original product has been received, we will then send out the replacement to you. Provided that the product in sent back in accordance with our return policy. This process usually takes 14-27 business days depending on the season.

Because of the nature and volume of the business, once your order is placed we cannot process a cancellation. This same policy applies to pre-ordered items as well. If you wish to cancel/return the item, once your product arrives you can proceed with the return for a full refund.
The Capsule Collective Warranty
All products are covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty. For an entire 365 days after your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the original product purchased. If the warranty claim happens during your 100-night money back guarantee period, we will ship you the replacement after we receive the issued product and it will end your 100 night trial period. Hush will treat the replacement as completion of the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.
We will work with you to either get it repaired or send a replacement if necessary.
Are you covered?
The Capsule Collective warranty covers the original purchaser of any product which is located in Canada and the US. Any warranty is only valid for the period of time the blanket is owned by the original purchaser of the product. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, will be the individual whose details are associated with the e-commerce purchase (We refer to email in the process). Please keep a copy of the receipt which was sent to the email address on record on the date of purchase.
Photos, and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.
Replacements... on us :)
Asides from the above terms, Capsule Collective will not charge the customer to repair or replace a product if it is deemed defective during the length of this warranty. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product once it is shipped. The warranty approval process is up to Capsule Collective's sole discretion, and not up to the customer’s interpretation of our warranty policy at any point.
100 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not certain that your order qualifies for the Capsule Collective 100 Day Money Back Guarantee, contact Capsule Collective's Customer Service team, who will determine your order’s eligibility. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us at their own cost.
Once a customer has made a return within their 100 Day Money Back Guarantee, they are not eligible for another trial on the same product.
The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee is non-transferable to any other purchase or product and any returns require proof of purchase in order process the return.
Any Capsule Collective products ordered through a third-party website or provider are not eligible for the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Promotional codes or offers cannot be combined and promotional codes cannot be combined and used in combination with the financing option available through Klarna.
Orders made on this site (capsulecollective.ca) are shipped from within Canada (no duties for Canadians).
